Reform in the university. Speed of changes

If it seems to us that the university is a complex conservative system that changes extremely slowly, then this illusion should be abandoned. Notice how fast the technology changes. Is there someone who will seriously argue that this has little effect on us all. Why are we not indignant at the new gadgets, but are not ready to admit that the university should also change at the same speed or even greater. If this is not recognized, it means not to understand why teachers are not tat interesting to their students who prefer their gadgets to them. Like "Alice in Wonderland": "You need to run fast just to stay in the same place, but to get somewhere, you must run at least twice faster!" There is no alternative to reform. This must not only be accepted, but also changed in order to meet new realities.
